Refund Policy

Due to recent abuse of our past policies We are no longer able to provide refunds. Purchasing a puppy is a very serious decision and should not be done without a lot of thought and research. We have had people purchase a puppy without real thought only to request a refund after thinking it thru. This can cause problems for the puppy who may now be delayed in finding a home because a serious buyer may have been missed while being held for the original applicant. We want Anyone considering purchasing a puppy from this site to be sure of their decision prior to submitting an application and payment.

There are exceptions to the NO refund policy.

Payments are transferable to any available puppy or upcoming litter. If You change Your mind on Your selected puppy You can switch it to another.

Also when a puppy turns 6 weeks old and I do not hear anything from you the puppy will go back up for sale at 7 weeks old I do this not to be mean but because I've had so issue with people paying deposits and never hearing anything thing back from them and then the puppy is too old to place in another home!

We do offer payment plans! BUT YOU MUST SIGN AN AGREEMENT PLAN! puppy will NOT leave until payments have been paid in full! every 2 1/2 weeks you must at least put down the Non-refundable deposit first then you can start with the payments I recommend sending $200 to $300 for each payment given and the puppy will need to be paid in full no later then 10 weeks of age! The reason for this is the longer the puppies stay with me the more I get attached and the harder and more stressful it is on the puppy! also keep in mind that any puppy that stays over the age of 12 weeks will be charged $150.00 boarding fee for every 2 weeks not picked up, I decided to do this because the older the puppy is the harder it is on the puppy to adapt to the new home not to mention how attached I get, plus it will cover everything the puppy needed while in my care.
