Enchanted Huskies Deposit Agreement

Terms:
Payment in full must be made prior to Buyer taking possession of the dog or leaving the care of the Seller.
Seller will only accept payments of cash, paypal, or money gram.
Buyer is responsible for all costs and arrangements for pick-up, shipping, and delivery. In the event of shipping, the point of receipt for guarantee of health will be at the point the dog leaves the supervision of Seller.
Buyer agrees that once the puppy is over 12 weeks of age, any veterinary care will be at the buyers expanse and you will have a boarding fee of $65.00 every 2 weeks they are in my care.
Seller reserves the right to terminate this contract
I___________ Understand and Agree that the deposit is non-refundable and I understand that once I place a deposit on a puppy that I will not get a refund under any circumstances .
Seller will not release a dog to Buyer before the minimum age of 7 weeks!
Buyer must register the dog with the kennel name of “Enchanted Huskies.” Any attempt to portray this dog as a product of your breeding will be considered a breach of contract.

(A) When paying a deposit you understand that other people may have placed a deposit first and that each persons that paid a deposit get to pick based on the order, for an example.
EX: person a paid a deposit before B & C so a gets to pick first and so on
(B) Only if you have chosen A certain color when placing a deposit will you get first pick but only if no one else is wanting that certain color and you must go in order like example above.
(c) every person who has paid a deposit on a puppy must pick a puppy within two weeks if you haven’t decided on a puppy Person B gets to choose next after B picks C gets to pick and so on after everyone has choosen a puppy person A will get another chance to pick a puppy.
(D) Breeder has every right to take first pick of any litter!
Non-refundable deposit Amount is $500.00 for pomskies and $250.00 For huskies
Dogs are sold on first come basis. If you wish to reserve a dog a $___.00 non-refundable deposit must be submitted with a copy of a purchase contract. The $___.00 will be applied towards the purchase price of the dog. The $___.00 dollar deposit will be forfeit if the Seller retracts their offer to purchase, neglects to take delivery of the dog by age 12 weeks, or fails to meet the terms of this contract.
Reserved dogs should be picked up no later then 12 weeks. Any reserved dogs not picked up by 12 weeks old will be assessed a $65 a week boarding fee plus any veterinarian visits, shots, or medicine. These charges and any remainder of the purchase price must be paid before Buyer takes delivery.
The Seller will not accept deposits for dogs over the age of 12 weeks unless previously agreed upon.
